Giving to the Caregivers Community Network

Giving to CCN provides critical programs and services, education, and training. Your gift, along with other individuals, organizations, and corporations, directly impacts more than 3,000 frail elders, their families, and caregivers in our area. You can honor the frail elders with a memorial or tribute honorium.

A memorial is a personal remembrance that honors the life of a friend, relative, or colleague with a gift of love and hope. Your gift also will allow the Caregiver’s Community Network to continue providing support to families facing the daily challenges of frailty or Alzheimer’s disease. Or you can honor a special occasion, birthday, anniversary, graduation of a friend, relative, or colleague with a meaningful living tribute.

Donations can be made anytime through the year. It is easy to make your contribution in memory or honor of someone:

  • Include the amount of your contribution
  • Include your name, address, and telephone number
  • Include the designation of your donation “in honor of” or “in memory of”
  • Include who is to be notified of your donation

After your gift is processed, the person(s) you asked to be notified of your donation will receive an acknowledgement. You will also receive a thank you letter from CCN. In addition, both your name and the honoree’s name will appear in our quarterly newsletter.

Sustaining this program will depend upon contributions from the community. Although we use volunteers to provide care, we need financial support for staff to coordinate and schedule services, and to provide resources, support, and training.

Your gift of $10, $25, $50, or more is greatly appreciated.
